About me
I am a software developer who, over time, has taken on responsibilities in architecture and technical leadership.
For more than 18 years, I have worked designing, building, and maintaining software solutions for different types of organizations. My focus has always been on solving real problems and creating business value, rather than chasing specific technologies or trends.
My background combines Computer Engineering and Industrial Civil Engineering, a mix that has shaped the way I approach problems by balancing technical, operational, and business considerations.
In recent years, I have had the opportunity to lead teams, participate in architecture decisions, and work directly with clients and stakeholders. That experience has helped me develop a broader view of software development, combining technical, operational, and business aspects.
I consider myself a problem-solving oriented person. I enjoy analyzing complex incidents, identifying root causes, and designing solutions that not only solve the immediate issue but also help prevent it from happening again.
Although I currently work in leadership roles, I still maintain a strong connection with the technical side. I believe the best decisions are made by understanding both the needs of the business and the reality of the teams and platforms that make them possible.
